1. Focus on your energy - learn to monitor your energy flow and establish intentional practices to renew it, you can take steps to manage your time each day. 

2. Start with just one thing - start each day by picking one important thing to focus on first, try choosing the most difficult item on your to-do list. 

3. Separate to-dos from might-dos - put your might-dos on a separate list. By doing this, you can spend the majority of your energy on finishing your major projects. 

4. Make your calendar work harder - Use your calendar for more than just remembering appointments and meetings. Remember to schedule breaks that allow you to renew and replenish your energy.
